The animation studio project will work with various kinds of cartoons and animation, computer art and digital art.

Creating animation requires all sorts of skills, for example drawing and knowledge of human anatomy, even being a composer to write music for animation.

The hero and the background are cut out of paper or assembled from ready-made figures, laid out under the camera and moved a tiny bit after each shot. Hundreds of still frames add up to movement — the very stop-motion.
This kind of animation does not need a complex computer: a table, light and a phone on a tripod are enough. That is why the technique suits both children and adults trying it for the first time.

- Head: in 2023 — the director Emin Mirabdullayev, now on the center's website — Ilkin Zafarli. When the head changed is unknown.
- Tripadvisor mentions an “animation school in three languages” — aggregator data, not officially confirmed.
